Show your support for Habitat each time you pull out of your driveway.  Order your specialized Habitat for Humanity Virginia license plate now!

Many of you have asked your Habitat state office to pursue application for this specialized plate.  We are ready to submit a design to the Department of Motor Vehicles for a specialized license plate for Habitat supporters across the commonwealth!   This is an opportunity to increase Habitat for Humanity’s visibility, raise awareness and show your support for Habitat for Humanity.  A portion of your license fee will go directly to Habitat for Humanity Virginia for use in our many home repair, rehab and new construction projects throughout the state.
In order to make this dream a reality, we need your help. The DMV will produce the specialized license plate only after we have at least 450 paid applications. To be one of the first 450, please complete the DMV form VSA-10 (see link below) and submit a pre-paid request for one of the new specialized Habitat for Humanity license plates. Your payment will be held in a non-interest-bearing escrow account. Once we have 450 paid requests and approval by the General Assembly in the 2012 session, the Virginia DMV will produce the license plates. If, as of June 30, 2012, we have not received enough requests, your check/money order will be returned. A draft design is included, subject to approval by the DMV.

1. Complete DMV form VSA-10, available here
2. Mail the completed form, along with a check / money order Payable to Habitat for Humanity Virginia for $25.00 (add $10.00 for a Personalized plate) to:
